30-day Raw Food Fast: Day 12

We are only 2 days shy of the 14 day mark. Major milestone Raw Foodies, Major!

Day 12 recipes:

What you would need:
1.   Time – obviously
2.   A high speed blender or a smoothie maker
3.   A chopping board (optional)
4.   Knives (optional)
5.   Water
6.   Apple cider vinegar (to wash fruits and vegetables. See: ‘30-Day Juice Fast: Day 1- Mind Prep!’ post sent on 28th of Feb. 2013 for veggie washer recipe.)

Fruits and Veggies needed for the day: 5 cups of leafy greens, 3 bananas, 11 oranges, 1 inch of ginger, 4 carrots, 2 cups of cashew nut, 2 whole cucumbers, 2 cups of mangoes, 2 avocado pears, 2 cups of pineapple, 1 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 cup of apples, 1 cup of yellow bell pepper, 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of wild honey (wild honey is simply honey that is unrefined).

Recipes:

7 am
Warm water with 2 slices of Lemon
  
8am and 11am
Smoothie 2:
3 cups of green leafy vegetable (spinach, pumpkin leaf, water leaf, kale or any other tropical green you can lay your hands on.), 1 large Avocado Pear, 1 cup of green bell pepper, I banana, the juice of 6 oranges.

Use a citrus juicer to get juice from the oranges. Toss the orange juice and the other ingredients into a high speed blender or a smoothie maker. Blend until smooth.

1pm
Salad 2:
2 carrots (shredded), 1 cup of chopped yellow bell peppers, 1 cup of chopped cucumber, I cup of chopped apples, and 1 table spoon(TBSP) of extra virgin olive oil.

Toss all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir. 

3pm
Fiji Smoothie:
2 cups of leafy green, 2 bananas, the flesh of 1 avocado pear, 2 cups of peeled & chopped pineapple, and 1 inch of ginger.

Toss all in a high speed blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.

5pm
2 cups of carrot, 2 cups of cashew nut, the juice of 5 oranges.

Use a citrus juicer to extract the orange juice. Toss the orange juice and the other ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

7pm
PM Mango swirl:
2 cups of chopped frozen mangoes, 1 cup of water (Preferably filtered water), and 1 table spoon of raw honey (optional).

Toss frozen mangoes, water and honey into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
