30-Day Juice Fast: Day 22 recipes
What you would need:
1. Time – obviously
2. A Juicer or/ a smoothie maker (a good blender if no smoothie
maker)
3. A chopping board (optional)
4. Knives (optional)
5. Water
6. Apple cider vinegar (to wash fruits and vegetables. See:
‘30-Day Juice Fast: Day 1- Mind Prep!’ post sent on 28th of Feb.

Fruits and Veggies
needed for the day: 1 cup of blueberries, 4 grapefruits, I cup of raspberries, I
mango, 1 banana, 1 apple, 2 cups of pineapple, 1 celery stick, ½ a beetroot, 3
stems of broccoli, 2-4 inches of lemon, 8 inches of cucumber, 2 handful of
mixed green leaves, 9 carrots, 4 cups of red grapes, 4 oranges, and ½ a cup of
strawberries.
Recipes:
7 am
Wake-up call - 4 grapefruits.
Cut each grapefruit in
half and squeeze out the juice with a citrus juicer or peel the rind and juice
with your regular juicer.
8am and 11am
Smoothie - 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of raspberries, I mango
(de-stoned), 1 banana, 1 orange.
Toss the lot in a
blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
2pm:
PM call - ½ a beetroot, 2 handfuls of green leaves, 2 cups of red
grapes, 6 inches of cucumber and 1 inch slice of lemon without the rind.
Juice the lot.
3pm:
Early PM - 1 celery stick, 3 stems of broccoli, 1 apple, 5 carrots, and
a thumb of ginger
Juice the lot.
5pm:
PM Smooth – ½ cup of blueberries, a handful of green leaves, ½ cup of
strawberries and 3 oranges.
Peel the oranges and
juice them. If you have a citrus squeezer then you, obviously, do not have to
peel the orange.
Toss everything into
a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
7pm:
Chillax nite - 4 carrots, 2 inches of lemon without rind.
Juice the lot.
