What you’d need?
A good juicer, blender (see favourites on right column), a saucepan and the following fruits and vegetables:
11apples, 1 pineapple, 1celery stick, 1 lemon, 1 cucumber, 1 avocado, a handful of Spinach, a handful of mixed green leaves, 1 lime, 3 carrots, cinnamon powder, Spirulina, wheatgrass, friendly bacteria, Broccoli bunch, 1 beetroot, 1 courgette, a handful of Alfalfa Sprouts and ginger.
DAY 1
7 am
Hot water Lemon/Lime or mint
8am and 11am
Juice Master’s Super Juice – ½ lime, 2 apples, ¼ pineapple, ¼ cucumber, ¼ avocado, 1 shot of wheatgrass, 1 tsp. of Spirulina and friendly bacteria.
How? - Juice, apples, lime, pineapple and cucumber, put juice and the rest of the lot in a blender and smoothies. This recipe is repeated at 11am. Tip: double the ingredients and save 11am Juice in the fridge.
2pm
JM’s Super Chute Juice- 2 apples, 1 carrot, ½ stick celery, handful of mixed green leaves, 1 inch chunk of cucumber, ½ inch broccoli stem, ¼ inch of raw beetroot, courgette and fresh ginger, a handful of alfalfa sprouts and a piece of lemon with rind on.
Juice the lot.
5pm and 8pm
JM’s Turbo Express- ¼ pineapple, ½ stick celery, 1 inch cucumber, handful spinach leaves, piece of peeled lime, 2 apples and ¼ avocado. Juice all but Avocado. Place this and juice in blender and smoothie.
9pm
Take Fennel Tea, Mint Tea or, my favourite, JM’s hot-n-spicy- 3 apples, a pinch of cinnamon and a saucepan. Juice apples, pour in saucepan and warm on low heat. DO NOT BOIL. When nice and warm, pour into mug, add cinnamon, then go sit in that cosy corner of your room with a good book, your favourite TV show or music and enjoy the most aromatic drink EVER!!!!
