Hi RawFoodies!
This fast was inspired by a group of Professional Nigerian women who were looking for healthier additions to their diet. It has been a real pleasure receiving private feedback from all of you regarding your weight-loss victories and other health related victories as a result of eating raw these past days.
Today's recipes are suggestions from these women and i hope you enjoy them. Let's kick this off with the ROMANTIC SMOOTHIE!

Romantic Smoothie by Dr. Hauwa Kolo:
A large cup of Honesty & Trust, add several cups of humour, jokes + dependability, stir in some spicy sexuality, a dash of surprise + creativity and a few spoons of appreciation! Voila!
hmmmmm....i'm loving that recipe!!! Serve me some any day!
Day 26 recipes:
What you would need:
1. Time – obviously
2. A high speed blender or a smoothie maker
3. A chopping board (optional)
4. Knives (optional)
5. Water
6. Apple cider vinegar (to wash fruits and vegetables. See: ‘30-Day Juice Fast: Day 1- Mind Prep!’ post sent on 28th of Feb. 2013 for veggie washer recipe.)
Fruits and Veggies needed for the day: 3 cups of kale leaves, 5 slices of lemon, 7 bananas, 2 inches of ginger, 6 inches of cucumber, 1/2 a cup of pears, 1/2 a cup of pineapple, 3 cups of apples, 3 pink grapefruits, 2 cups of mangoes, 2 cups of filtered water, 5 kiwi fruits, 3 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice and 1 cup of grapes (red or green).

A glass of pink grapefruit (3 medium sized grapefruits should make you a glass with some to share).
8am and 11am
Green Monster Smoothie by Mrs. Tolu Abegunde:
3 cups of Kale leaves, 6 inches of cucumber, 2 kiwi fruits, 2 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice and 1 inch size ginger.
Toss all ingredients into a high speed blender or a smoothie maker. Blend until smooth.

Dr. Toyin Bode-Abass inspired smoothie 1:
2 bananas, 1 cup of chopped apples, 2 cups of chopped mangoes, and 1 inch slice of lemon.
Toss all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
3pm
Mrs. Toritsebawo Ayonmagbemi inspired smoothie 2:
1/2 a cup of pineapples, 3 bananas, 1 cup of grapes, 1/4 cup of oranges, 1/4 cup of apples.
Toss all in a high speed blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
5pm
Dr. Toyin Bode-Abass inspired smoothie 2:
3 kiwi fruits, 2 bananas, 1/2 a cup of chopped pears, 1 cup of chopped apples and 2 inches slice of lemon.
Toss all in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

PM detox:
A warm glass or water with lemon slices.
